No returns or refunds on body care products (no exceptions) (body butter, lotion, fragrance, scrubs etc...)
If items are damaged in transition of delivery, please contact your local delivery service. As all items have the option of coverage (loss/damage insurance) with your carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to choose delivery protection.
Within 15 days of purchase refunds are active. After 15 days of date of purchase no refunds can be distributed. If there is an issue with an item, please contact the company immediately.
If products are damaged due to wear and tear no refunds will be issued. Full refunds are distributed once item(s) are returned in original package free of damaged outside of manufacturing defects or if item has not been worn to cause damage. Depending on your banking institution funds will be available to you.
If item is damaged due to manufacturing defect refunds are issued immediately (case by case decision).
Y.B. Unique Creations stand by it's name by offering repairs on their handmade items. Items that are not crafted by the company will not be subjected to repairs. The company will offer a replacement or refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost (as all our products have free shipping).
Our products are tested thoroughly for defects that are handcrafted by the company. Y.B. Unique is not responsible for any defect to other products that are massed produced by other companies. Y.B. Y.B. UNIQUE CREATIONS ship all orders 24 to 48 hours after an order has been processed. Shipping providers are UPS, USPS, DHL eCommerce, or ePacket, depending on your location. We will do our best to choose the fastest available provider and most cost-effective. The typical delivery time frame is between 14 and 21 business days. However, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number and insurance. Please check your email for an order confirmation and shipping notification. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order every step of the way! Please note shipping carriers don't always update tracking daily. You might see times where it seems your package is not moving, if you wait and check at a later time you could see a lot of movement where the package had not been scanned and then caught up with the tracking system. Sometimes packages could be delayed during shipping because of inclement weather, customs issues, and other unknown reasons beyond my control. Once your order has left the hands of our company care, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise. We will do our best to help you resolve shipping errors/issues, but we are not responsible for the safe delivery of any order.
