The truth about a customer interaction experience is every experience can be unique. The only way to know you did a good job during the customer journey is when you feel that you have done everything you can to assist. Making customers happy can become overwhelming at times. You can go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of to the best of your ability. However, there still may be room for improvement right? Maybe!

I always go by the treat people how you would like to treated philosophy. At times your actions may be too good to be true or may lack thereof. The way you can improve in the future is to provide the customer(s) with a survey. Ask for feedback. When and if that is provided you may get the results you are seeking. The answers that are given; adjust as needed and meet your clientele halfway.

Sometimes being yourself is enough to build a great repeat customers. Some people like the natural flow of things and wouldn't change anything. If your customers/clients take to your natural self then you are winning. If not so, you may need some crash courses to freshen up a tadbit or more.

Courses are really helpful when the content of the information is used in the way it is intended. This is the reason why you have so many training when you first start a job or project. Then after you are complete with onboarding you are constantly updated on new trainings due to current changes. You always want to be knowledgeable about the services and products offered to your customers/clients. You also want to make sure you keep updated with the changes of the world. You most definitely want to understand the changes your customers/clients are experiencing to align your services or products correctly. Always be opt to evolve with what's going on with the world and the world around your clients to keep repeat, loyal clients and accept new customers.

At the end of the day, the customer interaction experience is all about creating a relationship. Be friendly, listening to the needs of your customers, provide solutions, and give them what they are looking for. If you focus on making your customer’s experience enjoyable, you will build a loyal customer base that will provide you with repeat business.
